Queer Love Youth Pride

Queer Love Youth Pride is an annual celebration of LGBTQ interconnectedness, performance and brilliance. Typically held in Oakland, Queer Love Youth Pride is a chance to showcase original songs, poems, and dances by current and former Our Space youth as well supporters from the community.

In 2020, for the safety of our community in regards to COVID-19, QLYP was held online via Zoom but still featured a dazzling array of community members and youth shining like the stars that they are, including an online drag show and the DJ talents of Shawna Shawnte!!
