Join The TAY Action Team

The California Youth Empowerment Network (CAYEN) was formed in 2006 to develop, educate, and strengthen the voices of Transition Age Youth (TAY; youth ages 15-26) to shape local and statewide public policy.

CAYEN and Side By Side are looking for 9 youth leaders to join the Transition Age Youth Action Team now!  If you are interested in the TAY Action Team, please contact Side By Side’s Jamila McCallum at jmccallum@sidebysideyouth.org

Full House, Full Hearts!

We are thrilled to share that the Ross Valley Players’ production of Crossing Delancey was a marvelous success! On September 28th, we enjoyed a full house and full hearts as we came together for an unforgettable evening.
A special thank you to Christine Garcia, CEO of Side by Side, for her inspiring words. We were honored to have many of our Board members in attendance, making the night even more special. Our deepest gratitude goes to the Side by Side Development team: Sheila Aceves, Betsy Ross (and her husband Tracy), and Katie Rice Jones. Your dedication and hard work made this event possible. We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Ross Valley Players’ volunteers. Your efforts behind the scenes ensured everything ran smoothly.

Thank you all for making this night one to remember!

Full House, Full Hearts!
"We are thrilled to support Side by Side's innovative mental health programs. This is critical work being done at a critical time in the region particularly for our most vulnerable residents. We could not be more proud to support their efforts."
