About Marin Country Club Golf Course
Designed by renowned architect Lawrence M. Hughes in 1957, our course reflects a timeless design philosophy influenced by Hughes’ professional relationships with some of the finest architects in golf, including the legendary Donald Ross. In 2007, the course underwent a full renovation by John Harbottle III, and in 2017, Doug Nickels introduced a fresh vision, repositioning bunkers, adding forward tees, and redesigning the practice facilities. With exceptional year-round conditions and stunning views of Ignacio Valley, our course offers a challenging and rewarding experience for players of all levels while honoring the golden age of golf course architecture.
