In addition to co-chairing Side by Side’s Reach for the Stars Gala from 2019 to 2023 and serving as the former Development & Communication Committee Chair, Deanna has volunteered with the Ross Valley Mothers' Club and four schools over the past 16 years. She serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Autodesk and is a California-licensed attorney, holding an LL.M. in Tax. Deanna resides with her husband in San Anselmo and has two sons attending college. Her experience spans 30 years in strategic, financial, and operational leadership. Jennifer serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Arizona’s Parent and Family Association and previously on the Board of the Marin Symphony. She resides in Corte Madera.

Melissa is a Director in the San Francisco office of KPMG’s U.S. Risk and Compliance Forensic practice, where she serves in the firm’s Investigations, Disputes, and Compliance group. Melissa is an experienced, solution-oriented, and strategic-thinking professional who focuses on helping clients navigate complex and high-stakes issues, including compliance and regulatory matters, litigation and arbitration, and allegations of fraud and misconduct. An HR professional, Jennifer is currently the Senior Human Resources Manager at Ropers Majeski PC in Menlo Park and was previously employed at Brayton Purcell LLP. She has been involved with the Marin County Personnel Commission since 2016 and has served on the Marin Workforce Development Board and the Schools of the Sacred Heart Alumni Board.
