Side by Side is a Joint Commission accredited mental and behavioral health organization serving youth and family members in four counties – Marin, Alameda, Sonoma, and Napa–with a staff of over 120 clinicians and professionals.   • 3 weeks of paid vacation for F/T employees increasing to 4 weeks of vacation after 2 years of service. Vacation for school staff corresponds to school district closure schedule.
