Scope
Renovating the two formerly residential buildings (shown in the birds-eye view above) to bring them in line with school building codes and carving out classrooms from former bedrooms will cost approximately $1 Million. Building 3 will be enhanced with a STEM Lab as shown and Building 4 will feature a dedicated art classroom in the analogous space to the STEM lab in Building 3. Additional work will be done in other campus buildings to upgrade the therapeutic spaces and renovate the existing gymnasium. The scope of work includes pre-construction design, selective demolition, ADA and earthquake retrofitting, rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, permits, abatement and other renovation details.
