Campaign Scope & Goals

Scope

The renovation of the two formerly residential buildings (shown in the birds-eye view above) to bring them in line with school building codes and carving out classrooms from former bedrooms cost approximately $1.5M. Building 3 was enhanced with a STEM Lab, as shown, and Building 4 features a dedicated art classroom in the space analogous to the STEM lab in Building 3. Additional work was done in other campus buildings to upgrade the therapeutic spaces and renovate the existing gymnasium. The scope of work includes pre-construction design, selective demolition, ADA and earthquake retrofitting, rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, permits, abatement, and other renovation details.
